Shipping conditions
We ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Cyprus.
Other countries on request.
1. Processing times
All orders are processed within two business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) of receipt. Please note that processing times may vary due to high order volume.
2. Shipping method and delivery time
Depending on the product group, we ship with Deutsche Post (delivery time up to 4 working days within Germany) or DHL, each with or without tracking.
You will receive an email as soon as your order has left our warehouse. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder.
Delivery time is 2-5 business days nationally and 3-8 business days internationally, depending on the specifications of the respective transport service provider.
3. Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Shipment tracking
If you would like to have your shipment tracked, you can select this at checkout.
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
5. Damaged or lost deliveries of goods
If a delivery of goods does not arrive or is damaged, please contact us by email at: contact@v-sticker.com - We will contact you immediately and find a solution.
